Once you place your order and make an online direct deposit, Dollstown will email you confirming the receipt of your payment.
For regular direct deposits, you will receive a payment confirmation email within two days.
If you made an online direct deposit but did not receive a confirmation email from us, it may be that
1) the name of the person on the order form does not match the name of the account holder who made the direct deposit payment or
2) there was a typo in the email address you entered during the member registration process.
