If you have made your payment but your order status indicates that your payment is still pending, 

1) your payment was either made after our payment processing hours or 

2) the name of the person who made the payment is different from the name of the person who placed the order. 

If your order status indicates that your payment is pending the day after you have made your payment, please contact our customer service center for assistance.
