If you have selected to make a direct deposit payment to Dollstown’s bank account but your payment is not received within a specific period of time (1 week), your order is automatically canceled. 

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order online (if you have already made your payment, it will be refunded). 

It is impossible to cancel your order once your order has been shipped. 

For custom order products, you cannot cancel your order once the order has been placed. 

Therefore, for custom order products, we ask that you think carefully before you make your order decision.
